HKFP, PEN & RTHK’s Top Story 2017: Short story writing contest winners revealed

Hong Kong Free Press partnered with RTHK Radio 3 and free expression NGO PEN Hong Kong this year to run Top Story 2017 – a short story writing competition open to all.

The contest received a record number of entries, with 558 submissions. The winners were announced this week.
